Simon Archer

Simon has an impressive background as an international badminton player, where he won an Olympic medal in 2000 and was awarded an MBE for his contributions to the sport in 2003. In 2006, he joined the family business and took over from his father in 2011. Since then, Presco has experienced continuous growth under Simon‘s leadership. He has built a dedicated team that shares his vision of providing quality products and improving customer service to increase the company’s growth. Simon has ensured Presco developed a reputation for supplying quality products at a competitive price, with over 65% of products exported worldwide.
Outside of work, Simon remains active in sports, playing in the Hereford & Worcestershire Division 1 tennis league and practicing yoga. He also takes pleasure in watching his children participate in various sports.
Gordon Archer

With over 50 years of experience in industrial management, Gordon has owned and operated his own company for over 30 years. He has a hands-on approach and spends much of his time on the shop floor. His dedication and determination to succeed led him to acquire Presco in 1992. Gordon introduced ISO9000 quality procedures and new plastic radiator cap and filler cap ranges, making Presco the leading supplier of radiator caps in the UK with the help of his colleagues.
Today, he focuses on developing new products and offering support in all areas of the business. With his wealth of experience and expertise, Gordon is an invaluable asset to Presco.
Sue Archer

Sue, the wife of Gordon and the company secretary, has played a significant role in the development of Presco to its current state. Her courteous demeanor has been instrumental in creating a positive image for the company.
Sue currently manages most of the accounting for the business, as well as providing valuable administration support when required.
Martin Jelfs
Martin joined the team in January 2023. He has brought a wealth of experience in production management. Working alongside Simon, he continues to develop product knowledge as well as ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations.
Caroline Bird

Caroline has been a valuable member of our Management team since 2015. As your primary contact, she handles office administration tasks such as processing orders, dispatching products, and managing customer inquiries and accounts with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

Sol Griffiths

Since 2018, Presco have been ISO:9001 certified and Sol is an integral part of our quality management team. He works with Simon to enhance his knowledge of radiator caps while contributing to the development of new products.
When Sol is not working hard, he enjoys playing badminton and coaching, as well as participating in other sports.
